Starting point
Two audiences had to be served at once: end users discovering and redeeming deals in their neighbourhood, and hospitality partners managing offers and campaigns themselves. A single developer had to be able to build and run both.
What I did
Product, design, architecture, development and release. The iOS and Android app and the web-based partner CMS come from one Flutter codebase; the backend runs serverless on Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore). Plus store setup, CI/CD and the landing page.
Result
Live in both stores, pilot with dozens of Berlin restaurants and bars, store rating 4/5. The company was sold in 2025.
