Starting point

Appsfactory builds apps for enterprises. I joined in 2014 as a fullstack developer and first built the backend side: ASP.NET, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure, Service Fabric, plus CMS and web frontends. In parallel, Xamarin and native apps for the same clients.

What I did

From 2019, one of three tech leads for a fullstack team of 40: software architectures for several client projects, code reviews, development guidelines, team meetings and knowledge transfer between projects.

Result

Clients included Vattenfall, Deutsche Bahn, Porsche, Swiss Re, Lidl, Bayer 04, Burda Verlag, GU Verlag, Vonovia. These years are why I talk to .NET teams as a peer and know Xamarin apps from the inside.
